Warranty and Support
- Free 3-Month Nationwide Warranty: Every vehicle comes with a complimentary 3-month warranty, redeemable at any VAT-registered garage across the UK.
- Extendable to 12 Months: For peace of mind, you can extend your warranty to a full 12 months at a low additional cost. Please contact our sales team for details.
- Warranty Provider: All our warranties are provided by Warranty Solutions Group (WSG) and include Free Nationwide Breakdown Cover for the entire duration of the policy.
Simple Claims Process
If any issues arise with your vehicle, please contact Warranty Solutions Group directly using the information provided in your warranty booklet. Their friendly team will guide you through the steps to have your vehicle inspected, diagnosed, and repaired promptly.
If you need assistance, our aftersales team is available to help Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm.
Courtesy Cars
We offer a small fleet of courtesy vehicles for customers whose cars are undergoing warranty repairs. These vehicles are fully insured and provided free of charge.
- Courtesy cars may differ in value from your own vehicle.
- They may or may not be ULEZ compliant.
- Availability is subject to demand and cannot always be guaranteed immediately.
